Anyone had any luck with a dermatologist that specializes in adult acne?

We had a patient (when I was a burn tech years ago) that oozed poop out of his scrotum.
No lie. Unfortunately, I had to change the dressings on that. Fortunately, I wasn't him.

He had some sort of abdominal surgical procedure that got infected and led to a fistula forming between the scrotum and his bowel. Infection can do some funky things.
