Judge Jesse Harris

He has served as a judge in Tulsa County since 1986. He's loved by prosecutors because he's tough on crime. In fact, some people call him "Hangin' Harris."
Now, unfortunately for Judge Harris, he's also known for allegedly hangin' something else.
This is his accuser Kali Nolen.

She says she met Harris in 2002, and they carried on for about three years. She says their relationship ended a while back.
She says on March 9th, Judge Harris appeared at an east Tulsa motel to confront her. She says Judge Harris exposed his you-know-what and asked her if she missed having the "anaconda." She says the act was witnessed by one of her friends who gave a description of the anaconda to detectives. A motel employee didn't witness the anaconda, but remembers seeing a guy who looked like Harris talking to Kali Nolen and her friend. That guy arrived in a car that matches the make, color and model of the car Harris owns.
Judge Harris admits he was there, but denies hangin' his anaconda.
Judge Harris is in deep doo-doo. He's charged with two felony counts of indecent exposure. No question he was at the scene. Two against one on the anaconda hangin'. Just for giggles, who do you beleive?
