Your best option may be to get an unlined index card autographed --- hear me out! You have until Thursday, right? So that means that you have no time to get anything like rookie cards or 8X10's autographed, right? Well, might I recommend getting the picture and/or cards later and then put the autographed index card inside the frame?

If you want something more substantive than a plain old index card, then an OU mini helmet or football should do the trick.

But, if you're set on a photo, here's a good one off ESPN:
