I have never liked him - he's too loud and hyper, almost yelling into the microphone. Now we know why...

a rope tied around his ding-a-ling and some meth in his pocket... (http://www.nypost.com/seven/04192008/news/regionalnews/kinky_news_networkcnns_quest_a_very_knot_107174.ht m)

I wonder if we will see this reported on CNN and I wonder if he will be back on the air?

Oh and obligatory, NTTAWWT. The gay part, not the meth, lewd and the loitering part.

Probably he needs to change his sign-off to “This is Dick Quest reporting live for CNN from Cruise Central”.

He was reportedly once offered a position for the English-language version of the controversial Al Jazeera network, but said he turned it down because being gay and Jewish, he didn't think it would be a good fit.

Nice deduction, Einstein.

I don’t like the guy either. But, can you imagine the exchange between Richard Quest and the NYPD?

NYPD: “Hey buddy, the park is closed and you’re loitering. We have to take you in.”

Richard Quest (yelling): “ONE WOULD THINK THAT THE CITY THAT NEVER SLEEPS WOULD BE MORE OPEN TO MEN WALKING AROUND IN THE EARLY MORNING HOURS. INDEED.

NYPD: “Excuse me? Are you on some sort of drugs?”

Richard Quest (yelling): “THAT ENTIRELY DEPENDS ON ONE’S PERSPECTIVE. THIS FORAY, AS WE SPEAK, INTO THE URBAN WILDS OF NEW YORK, CAN ONLY GIVE ONE A NEW AND SOBERING VIEW ON LIFE. I SAY. I SAY, IF I MAY, THAT ONE WOULD, INDEED, UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES, BE FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO FIND A FRIEND WILLING TO PROVIDE ESCORT SERVICE BACK TO ONE’S HOTEL, THEN SAID FORAY IN THE URBAN WILDS OF NEW YORK COULD BE CONSIDERED A SUCCESS. YES?

NYPD: “I’m taking that as a ‘yes.’”

Richard Quest (yelling): “AND, IF, IN FACT, THAT ONE DID LATER DISCOVER A SUBSTANCE IN ONE’S POCKET, THAT MOST CERTAINLY WOULDN’T LIKELY BE CONSIDERED AS AN ENTICEMENT OR PAYMENT FOR SAID FRIENDSHIP?

NYPD: “Yeah, whatever. We still have to take you and your friend in. The handcuffs are optional if only you stop yelling. Do you want the full service?

RQ (yelling): I SAY, THIS EVENING HAS PROVEN TO BE QUITE EVENTFUL. NOW, IF ONE WOULD GO FOR THE FULL SERVICE AS IS APPARENTLY AVAILABLE, ONE MAY NEED TO ALSO KNOW ABOUT ALREADY RESTRICTING BONDS ABOUT CERTAIN NETHER REGIONS.

NYPD (to second NYPD officer): “Ummm…you want to handcuff him?”

Second NYPD officer: “No!”

The part I'm still not understanding is the alleged leash tied around his neck running down to and also tied around his willie. What does that do?

Why Homey, that makes him capable of being a governor of course. :D

Only in New Jersey.

Or a Senator from Utah.

Or a religious leader from Colorado.

Yep. If he had worked at Fox he would have been in the closet about being gay.
