Fours-star DE out of Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas, NV) High has committed to OU per Rivals.

Same high school as current Sooners Ryan Reynolds and DeMarco Murray, as well as graduate assitant David White (White was formerly the head coach at Bishop Gorman.)

Nice pickup-some recuiting momentum is going on!

No surprise with Chaisson committing.

You guys think we'll take another DE in this class? With all the spread offenses, I love to see Stoops load up on pass rushers.

I have been waiting to see what he would do. I think he will be our best recruit this year, unless we get McFarland.

Great news! I was really hoping we would get this kid. I hope we're able to get Gabe Lynn as well. I don't think we'll get McFarland tho. =( But hey, ya never know...

Why don't you think we'll get McFarland?

Most think it's because the defending national champs are in the mix for him... and you know :les: will use the 4 BCS game skid against Stoops just to stick it to him. Not too hard to lure someone into town when you have over 100,000 fans and a fresh crystal ball. We're talking about a guy who told Meatchicken recruits Lloyd Carr had Alzhemiers (he may have, but that's just a sick way to recruit).

IIRC it was Parkinson's (which Carr does indeed have), but your point stands.

You don't think it will help that we have 2 former #1 DT on campus?

How is this guy no longer on the Rivals100???

If he's not it's because he's an OU commit.

Too early to get bent out of shape over rankings.

You make a good point.
