Both. However, he really was a beast.

Keith Jackson (announcer) "He's running out of gas." What was he talking about? If anything Jackson was speeding up. Those DBs thought they could get the angle on a tight end--think again.

His son ran a 4.85 at the combine and was 305lbs.

got to meet Keith at the '86 Orange Bowl in Miami. Our hotel was next door to the Fontainbleu, where the Sooners traditionally stayed when they were playing in the OB, which was more often than not back then. We could walk over from our hotel and talk with players at the pool or at the bar. :eek:
Anyway, Keith was very nice and very huge. 6 foot 6 with the weight to match and the most enormous hands I have ever seen on any human being. No wonder he could hold on to that ball!
