4.1 miles in 39.07

all of my runs are on Nikeplus.com if you wanna look sometime. Well most of my runs. Not all

Don't take me saying your were slow offensively. You know I am just ****ing with you.

I still need to get one of those pouches for the Nike+ thing, since I try to avoid Nikes to run in.

We're such Oregon sympathizers. I have the blackish/gray ones, but they're not my running shoes. Rockin' some Asics as of press time.

I know. Every one gives me **** about it. I really like Oregon and I have a couple of Pre shirts, and 2 oregon football shirts.

You can put the Nike+ in your other shoes without a patch. I pulled the sole up and then used a box knife to cut out a place for it. I only use Brooks and have had the Nike+ in my last two pair.

Btw, isn't Nike+ the coolest thing ever?

ok, srsly, if I never see 'hairy hole in one' in the same sentence again, that will be ok with me.

but now that you mention it, there was this one time last summer, It was on the 17th hole I believe. Beautiful day, nice breeze, sun was out....and it was 186 yards to the pin.....on that day, it was a 6-iron.

and dude, thanks. I'm still down about 50 lbs...but I've gotten lazy and complacent about it....I need to get my fat *** back on track and get to work on my goal weight.
