The AA-12. Fully automatic, gas-powered, recoil-dampened 12 gauge assault shotgun. Fires 300 rounds per minute. Shooter can select single shot, three round burst or full rocknroll. Shells extracted from a 32 shell drum type magazine or the stacked magazine pictured below. Way overengineered in heavy gauge stainless steel, it never needs lubrication and its virtually indestructible.

I already have your gift picked out. I'm getting you a nice large portrait of Jefferson Davis to place on your office wall.

And now.. looming in front of you.. your very future rides on...

THE THREE DAY BAR EXAMINATION!

ONE incorrect answer... one mistakenly filled in multiple guess answer could spell the difference in ... passing the bar and becoming an esteemed and respected member of society... OR.. joining the ranks of the ilk of Ding A Ling Kennedy who failed the Massatusetts bar exam.. 6 times.

And you thought flying an airplane in a war zone was stress! HA!

Is Oklahoma still 3 strikes and yer out when it comes to the Bar Exam? Editor in Chief of the Law Review in my class went 3-0. Smart enough guy but stressful situations didn't bode well for him.

You can take the bar exam as many times as you want in Oklahoma. :texan:

The current governor of NY, you know; the one who copped to doing drugs and having affairs on his first day on the job, couldn't pass the bar. Cited some drivel about it being too hard for a blind man. Anyhoo, I can see, so I'm all good.

BTW, no pressure. Afterall, if I flunk, I can always revert to being a genteel retired member of a highly esteemed profession. ;)

My friends and I reasoned as such: the bar passage rate for first time bar takers for graduates from out institution was 90%. Think - have you ever been in the bottom 10% of anything you were in, school-wise?

Precisely. Same deal now. Statewide average pass rate is about 90%. Moreover, the pass rate on folks who do BAR/BRI and PMBR (I'm signed up for both) is closer to 95%.
