Pickens ponyed up the buyout of suttons contract. It wasn't a hard sell to Holder. The fantasy is OSU fans thinking they have a blank check to go out and hire. Holder is now on the chopping block. Note to Holder. Find a great up and comer or a nice name you can pay 0.8/2.0 mill to come to stillwater...and win...or your next.
The timing, final 4 week, couldn't be better. Publicity out the wazoo. Lonnie Kruger would be a name, maybe the villanova coach. Cowboys might have burned those head coach bridges with the 2 and out sutton deal, but that might be talked out in a few days. I'd guess an assistant is coming. Whoever it might be, watch your back...
