Just rolled in after 6.5 hours of boredom up I-35 from Randolph. I won't be reporting into Tinker til Tuesday, however, as the missus and I are taking some much needed "together time" in Vegas this weekend.

Can someone tell me what 7-day-a-week marriages are all about? ;)

You'll find out now if this is for realz. Sometimes, couples who have endured lengthy forced separations or only weekends together find out they really don't like each other very much once they start spending lots of time together when the separation ends. just sayin'

Finally, granted, its nunya and all that, but I used to be a lieutenant. How do you afford all this leisure travel and partying on around $3800 a month?

First night at Caesars: $200
Second night at the Wynn: FREE

And I've saved up for this one for about three months now.
But yah, O-1= $2400 a month base pay + ~$1200 BAH + $150 flight pay + $200 BAS.

No, just an Edward Jones fund that put the other two through college, and that he was hoping to rape and pillage before step-daughter could use it for her college. Luckily, he still needs my wife's signature to withdraw anything for it...and guess what he ain't gettin?
