I bot a new thermometer Fer the apparatus .
I am Now able to Monitor the Cooking temp More better .
Trying another batch Of squeezins
I also Know Now why they called em squeezins
cause when ya Filter ur Mash thru a Piller case, Ya gots to squeez Some of it on out like Milking a cow .
