My best concoction for steaks is:

Italian Dressing
Worchestershire Sauce (L&P or Heinz is fine)
Tony Cachere's Cajun Seasoning
McCormick's Steak Spice or Montreal Steak Seasoning

Use each of the four in liberal doses, especially the I. Dressing and refrigerate for an hour or two. For a spicier taste, sprinkle the cajun stuff and steak spice while it's grilling, on both sides.

Voila! Goes great with bourbon or iced tea.
