Hey OLE, I was not volunteering for a research project....I just think this is a very nice development on SF and better than other boards... You post on a lot of other boards maybe your report would be more insightful...

Agreed on harassing each other but quit "jacking" this thread as I was praising the board leadership for their proactive and progressive actions to make this a better place...I give them a "A" for effort and action...
