I was watching a show on the History Channel today about Hitler and Himmler and their attempts at breeding the pure Germans. I never knew that the program they had was bringing in nearly a 90% illegitimate rate. They evidently were hiding it from the German People and were going to explain it later, as being illegitimate carried such a stigma.
I always knew they were doing it but I thought it was mostly just demanding SS Officers to have a large family but they evidently were needed elsewhere for helping with the unmarried German Women.
How did they find time to fight the war?
