View Full Version : I almost got arrested yesterday!!

A co-worker and I went to the Celtics vs Memphis game yesterday. We were getting tickets outside when a cop pulled up and pulled us to the side. It was a spectical to behold! Myself, my friend, and two scalpers with our hands on the hood of a police car. Apparently 'selling tickets' is legal in TN, but not on the same block as the Fed Ex Forum. Luckily our ID's showed us to be out of town so they gave us the benefit of the doubt. They let the scalpers go too. Wish they hadnt since my friend already had the tickets in his pocket and hadnt payed yet.

I asked the cop if he would take our picture with our hands on the hood. He declined which sucks. It would have made for a good fark thread :(

He didnt really frisk me, but he did pinch my butt... sorta.

which, under IV amendment jurisprudence is an acceptable law enforcement pat-down technique during a "Terry" frisk. What he can't do is feel inside your clothes or check your pockets...unless he has probable cause.

Just sayin';)

hehe I think he was looking for my wallet, which was in my front pocket. Thank god he didnt go pinching there!

My brother did that to me at home. I got punished. I have never forgiven him.

That guy skated on such much that I had my hide tanned for...Being the baby does have advantages I guess.
