So I’ve gone on a healthy living kick sort of thing. I bought one of those veggie steamer things.
I have to say it. It rawks my face off. Bok choi, som choi, brussel sprouts, carrots, asparagus, broccoli, green beans, butter beans, okra, giant black mushrooms, fan mushrooms, button mushrooms, etc. In Thailand, we get all the good veggies year round. And, with a little oyster sauce - it’s all good.
I was trying to figure out if oyster sauce is healthy or not. Mostly it isn’t, but it does taste good.

I was like brand comparing of oyster sauces and one of the better ones is from Golden Mountain. So, Golden Mountain Oyster Sauce it is.

So, who is going to tell them that mountain and oyster together brings a whole new meaning to their product?
