Best. Chili verde. EVAR.

OK, second best, behind this little place I ate at in Albuquerque. But other than that, Los Cocos in Wichita has the best damn chili verde I've ever had. And I think they gave me over a pound of the stuff - had to take 3/4 of it home.

It was certainly not those little cubes of pork you get most places - this stuff was either shredded from the word go or it fell apart during cooking. Damn.

brewery bar II in denver has probably the best chili verde i've had in a restaraunt

it's still not as good as the family recipe though. I can't recall ever having shredded pork in chili verde though

Stonehorse Cafe in Tulsa has a pork chili verde they serve over tamales that are filled with green chiles and cream cheese. It's. Amazing.

The dish I had in albuquerque was pork in adovada (red) sauce, stuffed inside sopapilla dough, then covered with green chile. It was unreal.
