I just made a whole mess of fries. But I have no ketchup. Poor planning, that.
In my fridge, I have:
Mayonnaise
Mustard (yellow and brown)
Buffalo wing sauce
Syrup
V-8
I'm not sure how things got to such a sad state around here. But it's cold outside and I'm not going to the store.

Maybe not in the fridge, but do you have a bottle of bbq sauce about the place?

Nope. Yeah, I know. Again, I have no idea how this state of affairs came about.

I'd salt them up, and eat them without any condiment.

if their hot and crispy my sleeper vote is salt and a wee touch of balsamic vinegar.
barring that, i'd go wing sauce or prolly brown mustard.

Balsamic vinegar wasn't one of the options.
well you could always mix some of your various items together and come up with the next million dollar fry dipping sauce
:D
