Is it a "flavor of the month" or a "timeless classic?"
Is this like asking about your favorite song after age 16 or so when you really don't have a "favorite song" anymore?
Mine has to be youtube. So much greatness there. I can get into an online obsession with anything from Jimi Hendrix to "jetski jumping" (yeah, that's just in the letter J) and get absorbed for hours on end, lose time, several pounds, and not even feel guilty afterward. It's like crack, only different.
