Thanks. I think Tceh is the only team without a real big noncon game. Should be interesting for the Big 12 this year...

I wouldn't really say Texas has one either. Arkansas will fall back to the pack without McFadden and Jones.

What's with the Big XII and Washington schools?

Why do the sheep humpers have an open date, the week we play Tech?

To me, that's a 3 game schedule. I think we roll in Washington.

What's with Baylor having one of the best OOC schedules?

weird, ain't it ... and Tech should have 9 wins minimum with their schedule.

Missouri look to be the heavy favorite in the north, OU in the south.

How in the world did Baylor convince Wazzu to come to Waco? Is Pullman that bad?

I was gonna say the same for Wake Forest...

This is the 2nd game of a home-and-home series. The first was played at Wazzu the same day OU played at Oregon.

Too scairt' of LSU. Looks like Fexas is scared of LSU for their 2009 open date as well.

LSU calling other schools cowards? Now there's a laugh! LSU is the most cowardly football program I've ever seen! First, look at you own OOC schedule this coming season ... it's a JOKE! Second, after LSU running like scared kittens the last two time we Ags had OOC series with you all, you all have no room to call out anyone. There is a reason one of ya'lls colors is YELLOW!

And we almost won by the way. We lost on what amounted to a bad ref call from a Pac 10 crew if you can believe such a thing.

Which all goes back to the end of the series in 1995. You all royally ****ed off A&M officails when you ran like cowards with two games remaining on the contract (1996 and 1997). You all skipped out leaving us out to dry in our OOC .... since that time we've had a policy of avoiding you all in football. Wally Groff said never again, and Byrne has continued that policy. You all were wimps in 1975 (after we kicked your butt two years in Baton Rouge) and took your ball and went home .... and you all were yellow cowards in the ealy 1990's when you broke contract after getting your backsides whipped in five straight (91-95).

1989 A&M - 28, #7 LSU - 16
1991 A&M - 45, LSU - 7
1992 A&M - 33, LSU - 22
1993 A&M - 24, LSU - 02
1994 A&M - 19, LSU 17
1995 A&M - 33, LSU - 17

Then LSU broke the contract and ran like cowards.

Mac,

In all fairness, the LSU teams you guys beat up on back then were pretty sorry, and you guys were in your hey day under RC seemingly racking up 10 wins a season every year. I think your team will be much improved this year with Joe Kines running your defense, but I don't think you guys could hang with the tigers just yet...Give Coach Sherman a few years to rebuild after the Fran debacle and THEN I would try to get LSU back on the schedule--NOT before...lol

Browsing your schedules, looks like TT has by far the easiest OOC games. And I thought the pokes had the back end of a H/H with Georgia left to play? I sure enjoyed watching them get their a**** handed to them in Athens last season....

Never said they weren't a good team ... they've been great these past few years. And, I know LSU was down during the last years of our series. But, they got tired of getting the backsides whipped and broke the contract. That wqas the second time they burned us.

We had a long series with them that ended in the mid 70's. All the games were played in Baton Rouge and LSU dominated the series. The last two years, though, A&M won ... with the last game being a blow out. We wanted to continue the series as a home and home (A&M had changed alot since the contract was signed) and LSU was furious. They refused to play us.

LSU finally agreed to the home and home years later (when we were down again) and the series started up again, with LSU dominating the series. We finally broke through in 1989 when we upset #6 LSU 28-16 at Kyle Field in RC's first (official) games as head coach. After a loss in 1990 we dominated them. They them broke the contract and refused to play the contracted 1996 (Baton Rouge) and 1997 (College Station) games.

Of course, in their usual ways, the have approached us recently to renue the series. The did inquire about is during Fran's tenure ... when we were down and very beatable again. They've shown they want to play when things are stacked in their favor but run when we've smacked in the mouth .... twice.

They've burned A&M twice ... and that's a big reason we won't play them in football right now.
