I love Kimchi. But, I can't imagine having to deal with the smell in an enclosed space. If that Korean dude has to do a space walk, I worry about his safety and the Kimchi gas issue.

what's next? canned chitterlings?

The first Thai in space will have to have somtam (green papaya salad). There is no reason to spend billions on it, though. It will be easier to just make in space, just take green papaya, dried shrimp, fish sauce, several limes, chilis and pestal and mortar to fix it up.

If it doesn't bring tears to your eyes, it isn't made right.

And, if you're not eating it with your hands with a wadded up ball of sticky rice, you're not eating it right.

I forgot to add the cherry tomatos.

Thai Raja has green papaya? In this space age, I just may move back to Oklahoma.

But he's going with Russians, so ... well there's some kind of insult to Russian hygiene in there somewhere.
