That could have been on of the funniest news casts I have seen in a while! Hearing Linda Cavanaugh talk about the different sets of nuts was pretty damn funny if you ask me!

On the other hand I dont like truck nuts and I own a truck. I think we can find better ways of donating to the different causes those nuts represent.

Speaking of nuts! The Sooners beat the Cowboys in rolling on the floor!

My thirteen year old daughter said they were gross one time and a little piece of me died inside.

We stopped one of the orange guys from rolling and they said we won.

I saw a pair of them on a truck on the way to work this morning. Why would you hang those on your vehicle? Why?

Those are the most despical things I've ever seen. And the "men" who display them on their trailer hitches deserve to have their real ones cut off.

well Jack, I might have gone with 'immature' and 'laughed at', but hey...if your all for castration for vehicle adornment, who am I to judge.

My thoughts as well. I never saw them until '04 on my way to Houston.

compensation for lack of the real thing? facination with male genitals? latent homosexual frustration?

They seemed to be popular a couple of years ago, but I thankfully haven't seen any for awhile.

They did a TV news story about them?? Must be sweeps month.

Hmmm, I wonder which "little piece" it was?

While I'm no fan of bull nuts hanging off the back of the truck, I wonder how many of you dweebs have dice on your mirror, upside down horns, a little ball on your antenna, or pimp wheels from LWM (RIP). No difference.

WHAT? you got no nutz on yer 5er?

C&CDean
2/22/2008, 03:06 PM
I've got nuts hanging on the bulls out in the pasture and betwixt my knees. Why would I want them on my truck too?

Personally, I like them resting on my chin

Don't ask, don't tell I always say.

Screw "slow news day." That's a slow day at the state legislature.

sooner_born_1960
2/22/2008, 03:47 PM
Legislature? What are you talking about?

BigRedJed
2/22/2008, 03:48 PM
The story on channel four was about a state legislator (or senator, I can't remember) that is trying to pass legislation to outlaw them.

BigRedJed
2/22/2008, 03:49 PM
He doesn't think that people should have to explain to their children what they are.

2/22/2008, 03:49 PM
Oh. Thanks. Since your post was the first to mention legislature, I didn't know.

good lord. what's next? banning trucker flaps with the busty lady on them?

BigRedJed
2/22/2008, 03:51 PM
He also is trying to pass legislation to bar high school biology books from having chapters on the human reproductive system, plus laws that ban people from dating without a chaperone, and one that would make dancing a felony.

BigRedJed
2/22/2008, 03:51 PM
I just made that last part up.

So a sports car is an extension of your johnson...

And a truck makes you expose your nuts?

BigRedJed
2/22/2008, 03:52 PM
And no, I am NOT defending truck nutz. I roll my eyes everytime I see them.

StoopTroup
2/22/2008, 03:54 PM
I think the real question is...

If someone posted a pic of them in this thread....

Would they get banned?

I just made that last part up.
Just the dancing part?

BigRedJed
2/22/2008, 03:59 PM
If I said yes, you'd probably believe me, based on the goofy truck nutz legislation he's pushing.

You notice I conveniently forgot to mention that story was going to be ran? Jaime at the shop called me a couple of weeks ago and told me that channel 4 had just been there and why. I was like, "That's because a guy is trying to ban them!" He ordered in a couple of pair special for the tv thing. They're kind of like melted and stuff now.

Thankfully they didn't mention our name or anything.

BigRedJed

What the hell are you talking about? The phone is surely forwarded at this point. You could become the truck nutz mail order KING!!!
