I think I'm getting some of these. Anyone hit a set? Thoughts? I'm a high handicapper. I know that I'm never going to spend the time to be really good, so I'm looking for a set of forgiving clubs that I can be respectable with at tournaments.

I hit some with my granddad's Orlimar Sr. hybrids at the driving range once. Felt like I was cheating.

My father-in-law uses hybrids. He's never hit better. (I mean I still beat him...but he hits better than ever),heh

the Adams are extremely forgiving, and won't embarrass you either. I know several lower handicap players that use the Adams stuff.

if you can get them at a good price go get it, as long as YOU like them, that's really all that matters.

IMHO, the ball you play will make more difference than the irons you pick.

While I completely support the idea of forgiving your clubs I will continue to insist that it wasn't their fault in the first place.

Night Trips let me back in only a few weeks after the "Jell-O incident".

Wait, wrong club. Nevermind. :O

FYI - it ain't the ball or the clubs.

I have sucked at golf my entire life until I decided to put some effort into it. I still don't practice much but I play every Saturday that the weather allows, all year long. I'm still nowhere near Harry's league but I used to shoot in the 110-120 range on the rare occasion that I did play and now I'm in the low to mid 90's. For me, that's a huge improvement.

Obviously, I have no natural golfing ability so maybe you can crawl out of bed and shoot an 85 or something. :D

I shot 76 yesterday.

I haven't played since early december, and I broke two bones in my left hand january 1st.

Did you drag it across a curb or something?

Dammit. I tried to spek Pat and only got a "B" out before accidentally hitting "enter." There goes my promise to sign all of my spek comments.

If Hairy ever used Pat's clubs, would they become short irons at that point?

I refuse to use womens' clubs.
