Saw a cool truck the other day...

went to the World Of Wheels in Birmingham last weekend and saw this truck...My wife and I took a few pictures of it, but she has her camera so I can't upload them right now. I did find a few pictures of it on google though:

Does anyone know how that is done? Is all that actually painted on by hand, or is there some process that transfers photgraphs to the body of the truck?

We walked by it when we first got there and I just assumed it was another monster truck and kept going...Luckily, we left the show at the same spot where we came in, otherwise I wouldn't have noticed everything that was painted on it. The truck it is hauled in was awesome as well, I will try to find a picture of it...
