Honestly, if you want to stimulate the economy, you suspend all Corperate taxes and give anyone who pays taxes a rebate of some type regardless of whether you're a vet or disabled or both.

Unless its a tax cut for businesses, it really won't do much no matter how much you give people. Checks do nothing but pander.
