95 in a 55 going into McAlester, but I kissed some serious *** with the highway patrolman, and he was friends with this cop in FTG who I happened to know really well and I taught his son competitive swim lessons. So the cop put on the ticket that I was going 65 in a 55. :D

California stop was my only "warning." So, I guess 2mph as opposed to a sit-still?

yeah, i've gotten at least one of two of those. i got a ticket for not wearing my seatbelt though, i guess he felt ok giving me something... i've gotten another warning for speeding while getting a seatbelt ticket as well

i much prefer the seatbelt tickets... especially that they have dropped them to $20 ;)

120 on the turner turnpike. I couldn't understand why this black mustang was on my bumper. I thought the guy was crazy. Then he put down the visor with those blinking lights on it, and I just about swallowed my entire skull.

He was Greatly Displeased with me. However, he apparently had a policy about not ticketing people who supported the highway patrol and I, dear friends, advertised in their magazine quarterly. Had the sticker to prove it.

He mentioned the incongruity of my supporting the patrol while breaking the law. At some volume, and for more than a short while.

I heartily agreed.

At the time, my 95 M3 was just about the fastest car in town--it was the first car I had ever supercharged. I had it up to 145 on the Indian Nation tpke. The car had more to give, but I ran clean out of testicle. I hated having to get rid of that car. It developed an electronic gremlin. :(

80 on a dirt road, back when Edmond was more country than town. I was with my sister. I don't know what the speed limit was. I also don't know what the cops were doing way out there. They gave me the drunk driving test. I had the cute rookie hold my high heels while I did the test. I was sober, so they let me go with a warning.

Back when I was in my early 20's the Highway Patrolman said to me, Son, did you know the car you were passing was going 85? I got a ticket.
