My Old Beater

Well...today I got into the old Beater I drove to the OU / TU tailgate.

Dug into the steering column without setting off the airbag...:eek:

Pulled the ignition out and found (at least I hope I did) the problem.

The knee is throbbing and it's now time for painkillers and dinner...

We went out to eat with Mom and Dad...

The knee started talking to me right about the time we were finishing up.

Just installed a new HP Scanner / Fax for Mom.

I've got to help Dad defib his Scanner / Fax next.

We've got a couple of other things to do before we go Home.

I've got one more bout of exercises to do before calling it a day.

I just talked to My dayum Kid . He just got off work . I asked him to cvall you and at least let you Know hes real .

Are you talking the round tumbler part with the Key ?
Cause the only wire I can think of there Is If you have that chip in your key . And If thats messed up It just keeps the ride from starting . Not Dying .
\ Hope fully he will get a few hrs off and be able to come to the Rescue .

Yeah I just talked with him.

The tumbler part on this one has a plastic part on the side of it that has some contacts on it. There is a small part that is on the outside of the tumber area and has a wire attached to it. I'm pretty sure that is broken and it's not making contact in order for the car to shutoff.
