It appears that Lamar Harris has switched his commitment from Texas A&M to OU. Nothing official yet, but there's a TON of smoke on this.
That could also mean that Robert Lester's ship has sailed-which makes sense, as he's reiterated his Alabama commitment.

I would think we would take both is we could, wouldn't we? One of our recruits is bound not to make grades or the score 17 on the ACT test, right?

TexAgs is all over this. According to most, he is OUrs. Solid pick up to be sure.

I'm glad we are onto a CB in this class. OU will have some secondary spots to fill over the next few seasons.

Rivals does not lists Harris as a atm commitment. Why haven't they added him to OU's lists if he is gonna sign with us? Are there other schools recruiting him besides OU?

Rivals hasn't updated him because he hasn't personally contacted the school or Rivals to inform them of his choice to their knowledge. One of his coaches called OU last night supposedly while he called A&M to decommit.

Well, A&M got one of our verbals (Fuller, WR from Mckinney, TX), so the least we can do is get one of theirs.

Has Lamar Harris officially committed to OU verbally? Scout has him listed as a commit - I don't think Rivals does and Soonerfans does not list him as well ...

Scout has him listed as a commit to A&M, until you click on his name and then it says Oklahoma Verbal.

Of course they lost to Penn State 24-17 in the Alamo bowl, but they did beat Texas 38-30.
