How are you doing?

I'm down roughly 16 lbs., but i'm not really pushing myself too hard...I'd like to lose it gradually.

I'd LOVE to get it down to 260....but that might be a pipe dream. that's still roughly 40+ lbs. away at the moment.

I don't see how anyone loses much wait during the winter. The last thing I want to do is work out.

I lost about 20 lbs. towards the end of last summer and have actually put on about 5 of it so far . . . I'm hovering at about 230 at the moment.

I'd like to get down to about 220.

in the past 9 months, I have lost around 70 lbs, but gained some back during the holidays

70lbs is great, but you are eliminated from this discussion because you didn't start Jan 1 like the rest of us fad dieters.

ehh Not so well my friends. I haven't been eating nearly enough. Ya didn't say what kinda diet! (bulk diet) Trying to get 5000 calories a day of the good stuff b/c my metabolism is so fast. I burn everything just by walking to the kitchen. Lots and lots of steak and chicken mmm. Hard to eat when you're not hungry.

The BMI is messed up. I can go down to 145 pounds and still be considered in my normal weight range (I'm 6'2")

You are doing splendidly! :)

It doesn't matter whether I lose fast or slow, I always gain it back eventually. Its up and down, up and down with me. I did vow to eat healthier junk food this year and I'm doing pretty good with that. Just last night, I ordered sherbet instead of Rocky Road. :D

I've argued that forever . . . I'm 6'4" or 6'5" and they tell me I can't weigh much more than that either. Completely nuts if you ask me.

5 lbs here, that was pretty much the plan, the wife and I are having a joint fat jihad that goes until the kiddo's bday in early April. The winner (one that loses the most % wise) gets to pick their prize. I'm around 206 now and would like to hover around 190 - 195 again. Eating better and riding the bike down in the basement while watching dvr'd stuff. I've done 260 min of cardio this week.

161 to 154; adding weightlifting to my non-existent fitness routine. I wish I would have measured my waist before I started, because I feel a lot skinnier than I used to.

If I were a pig, I would have been sent to slaughter and not allowed to breed. I'm what the pig farmers would call a "poor doer".

a better indicator is a body fat test. In the Marines it has to be below 18%
