Why does the Supreme Court go to these speeches?

They always sit there on the front row in their robes and never clap, never show any emotion, they don't boo and hiss or anything.

I think ol' Souter there would be happier at home, watching Young Frankenstein on TNT.

MAn, if I had been home we should have had a SOTU drinking game. Drink every time Dubya mispronounces a word.

And if he says nook-yoo-lar you have to finish your drink.
