Yeah, but Neil Peart usually uses too much crap. Buddy Rich did more with 1/4 the equipment.

Now, that video is impressive. Although Buddy Rich does with single-stroke rolls what Neil Peart was doing with double-stroke rolls.

This guy is one of the top drummers in the world, if not the top. Neil Peart and Bonham were never this good.

Go watch any of his videos when he plays with a band. He's the whole package.
NAMM conventions are for show and equipment.

I'll look it up. Billy Cobham deserves mention in this thread as well. Jon Theodore is one of the better modern drummers. He kicked *** in The Mars Volta before he left the band.
