Rudy G just said "Americker" in the GOP debate.
This goes for George W. "Mericka" Bush and Ahhhnuld "Ah May Dee Kah!" Schwarzenegger too. I don't care if you say it with a southern drawl or twang, a Yankee harshness, or a west coast speed-speaking zip, but say all 4 syllables, no more no less, and say it like a freakin' American. That is all.

I think it's kinda funny, really. Like people who stretch the 'U' in United States.

I'd like to add "Cuba" to the nations a President should be able to pronounce.

Accents/drawls aside, I think more important would be to respect the country and flag during the National Anthem and Pledge of Allegiance.

Jus' sayin!

I'll tell you my pet peeve: people who say "loyer" instead of "lawyer." Last time I checked, one practices "law" not "loy."

The thread made me think of the "Why I'm proud to be an American" part of Drop Dead Gorgeous

Every president has words that they cant say right.

Bush 2- nucalar
Clinton- get off me, fat skank
bush 1- sad-am
