combined effect of the prevalence of meth use and our illegitimacy rate IMHO.

My grandfather, a cop for 30 years in Southern Okla. used to say, they should put birth control in the water supply, and people should have to apply for the antidote.

We fight like dogs for the right to bear arms, unfortunately many of those who you would prefer didn't bare children are carrying both... sometimes at the same time!
