I sure would like to drop 100lb's. I'd be at my playnig weight again. Dought I could run a 4.5-40 again though. But it would be nice to be back in good shape.

loss of 100+ pounds does not equate with being in shape...

BBJ is quit jovial on the air isn't he. Seems to be a little cocky, I bet he'd love to go out and play the field again.

Seemingly but on the other hand you can't help but feel good for the guy...

I went to school with him and his older brother. Used to play golf with them all the time ...they were great kids then and had wonderful parents and I'm sure would never consider slamming someone about their weight on a message board.

It is amazing what surgery can do for you these days. I guess the magic pills just don't work anymore.

One of my former bosses had surgery several years ago. He had no will power and it was the only way he could lose weight. The fat was going to kill him though. Was BBJ that big? I really don't know, I never watch that channel.

Would a better representation be that he lost 1/3 of himself or something? I hope he doesn't weigh around 100 lbs. I've always found BBJ likable. He has some decent music taste, too.

I wonder how he did it? Did he get the surgery?

RacerX
1/17/2008, 03:11 PM
Yes he had surgery.
He was around 300.

C&CDean

I'm glad people get the surgery, but I always think "they could do it without the surgery if they had any willpower." Of course if they had any willpower they wouldn't be weighing in at tree fiddy....

You're kidding, BBJ was up to 330? I would be much more respectful if he did it without surgery. That surgery is fraught with complications. Though congrats to him for losing weight, regardless of means.
