No one can beat the Pats. Sorry.

Favre and Ditka could.

Actually, Ditka could with a dislocated shoulder.

How cool would it be to see Favre play the same role Elway did when the Broncos beat the Packers to keep them from repeating back in the late '90s?

...but the pats aren't repeating this year if they win.

Well, no. A similar role, then. They are the best out there, just like the Packers were then.

It would be easier for the Packers to win if the game was at the Giants place.

Huh?

You are going to have to explain that one. Do you know of their record at Lambeau in the playoffs?

Minus a dog killer going off, they've fared, oh how do you say...extremely well.

What do you mean by that statement?

Green Bay in the Super Bowl is ESPN's biggest wet dream ever.

Having said that, Green Bay doesn't have the defense to hang with Tom Brady.

He means that the Jints have played better on the road than at home this year. 9 consecutive road wins, thus far.

And, I am pulling for the pack, even though the jints are my local team.

9-1 on the road this season...3-5 at home..And the Packers beat them at NY 35-13 this season..Not saying GB won't win but Giants are a lot more comfortable on the road

Gotcha...Eli crumbles this week, though. They can't keep it up.

Green Bay and New England here in Phoenix is going to be wild, though.

I think the Packers are one of the few teams with a good enough secondary to give Brady problems. GB's defense ranks 6th overall in the NFL. Atari Bigby and Charles Woodson are playing well and the Packers play well against the run.

With Ryan Grant running well, Favre's expertise at quarterback, and some excellent receivers, the Packers should be able to challenge New England.

If Bigby plays as well as he did against the Seahawks and Mutant Walrus Coach, then the Packers are good enough to beat the Giants. It's going to be a test of "Which QB shows up".
