Why not schedule West VA or Bosie State for our open date in 2008? A lot of TV coverage, and great motivation to play well. Beside, no one could say we are playing a cream puff schedule. It's certainally better than Southern
llinois University or North Texas.

I like that idea, but it's not going to happen....

Couldn't do BSU, they're booked to play Oregon at Autzen Stadium on 9/20.

WVU has an open date right now, but Castiglione probably could't pull off the deal.

WVU plays Colorado in Boulder on Sept. 27, which could be interesting. Show them Mountaineers what some REAL mountains look like.

SIU made it to the D1-AA semifinals this year...

WVU wouldn't want to come to Norman without a return date, especially given their chances of contending for the title next year. I doubt BSU would come either without a home and home setup either.

Bozo State has already been offered a home and home, as I recall, and declined. Understandably. You only get to be Cinderella once.

I'd love to see that, but like others have said...not gonna happen.

I do hope we get a quality opponent for that open spot though.

Where can I find a link to the future schedule(s)?

How about Jenks?

Wait, scratch that. If they get a month to prepare for our offense, we're *ucked!

How about a home and home with SUC. Would be a great game.

Any home and home with SEC opponents would be good. Help to steal away a recruit once in awhile from SEC country. (i.e. Julio Jones). Loved the Bama series. Maybe get a Georgia series or LSU series but rarely schedule anybody OOC from anywhere outside of the deep south.

I would never want to play at BSU. That blue field makes me want to puke everytime I see it. I think that the NCAA should deny them any home games until it is removed!

I like the way these guys schedule. They have been doing a good job at it for years. If only their team was worth a crap.
