That's what makes this even more embarrassing. Interim coaches are 0-6 this bowl season. The only one who might win will be coaching against us.

Ditto Ditto Ditto and Ditto It is utterly ridiculous. I really am starting to believe it was heupal that won that game. We look sadly outmatched both on offense and defebse and I have said good bye to the gun slinger formerly known as bob (i can't win a bcs game) Stoops.

Sadly I can't think of anyone else to have. This is painful.
This feels the same as it did with the Colts having such a great regular season, win the division, and then choking in the playoffs so many years in a row (until last year)

I remember us having this "huge" O-line in the USC game that was gonna be road graters all game long. What happened? USC's smaller quicker guys got to the gaps much faster than our O-line did and the rest is history. Its the same story tonight my friends.

They had something to lose in the Pitt game, it is easy to play wild and free when you have nothing to lose. Just like last year they have a bunch of excuses pre-made for them if they were to lose.

What gets me is the absolute lack of fire in the OU team. I still think that left when Mike Stoops left, the defense hasn't played with that same passion since he left. They need someone in there to fire up the defense whether it is an assistant or what, I don't know. I think they need some players and not 5 star recruits who think things should be given to them.

I can't believe I'm living 2006 Fiesta all over again. This is total bull****. I can't believe it. I bet NO sooner fans show up at our next pathetic bowl game appearance. This is so sickening, I feel for all of ya. Screw "next year". With the 2005 Holiday Bowl game vacated, we haven't "truly" won a bowl game since... 2002!! Wow! I know that "vacated win" is a Texas argument, and we all know who really won that game whether it is in the record books or not, but 'tis surely sad. I would love a Cotton Bowl, Holiday Bowl, or even Independence Bowl WIN!!!

It sucks to lose in the bowl season. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth. This whole team played schizo. This game set up just like Boise State. Big favorites. Nobody in the media gave WVU a single chance. The only people who believed they could win were Oklahoma fans. Why? Because we've been there before. We cannot trust this team to play consistent football. Heck, Bob Stoops & the Sooners will be the laughing stock of every conference and media outlet, all horn fans, and pokes for years to come. We are becoming Michigan & Bob is becoming Lloyd. I guess we can at least beat the 'Horns?


Anyway, I know how upset everyone is, but Bob has done it before, and he will do it again---win the NC that is. Maybe we are recruiting size and not speed, which is causing our guys to give up big plays. Maybe we really should run the spread. I would like to hope the injuries/suspensions/misdemeanors had something to do with this embarrassment, probably because that is an easy fix. Maybe Bob needs to change the way the guys prepare for bowls. Something is wrong here, someone needs to find out quick.
