How is the quality of the paint used to mark the parking spaces? Is it a matte finish or is it the classy kinds that has a bit of reflectivity to it?

No I mean in general. I know it's cool now, but does the asphalt seem to be responding well to the demands placed on it by what can be an oppressive blast of hot sunshine it surely receives in the summer months? Any major cracking or stress fractures of note?

If they use the proper formula then it should not have issues holding up against the elements. Which it seems that many paving contractors care not to do.
