Actually, that pic and others have been going around our squadron as a CRM topic regarding checklist discipline. Seems someone forgot to put down the landing gear, and the other guy thought he did.

One class-A mishap later...both got LOR's.

They got that jet off it's belly and sent it for repairs. I'm not sure if back all better now or still in work.

Only a LOR? I would guess a bad Fitness report on the next review and matriculation, that is unless we are at a stop loss and you can mess up and still be retained...

LOR? I'm surprised it wasn't a court marshal.

Someone at the webpage made a great point: The two pilots are lucky that Curtis LeMay is not around and in charge of the Air Force.

No...they lost their wings as well. I think they probably got force shaped or something of the sort.
