Choosing a Proctor

I need help choosing a good proctor in my absence. There are a couple that I know really well, but they're too close and frankly it would make me uncomfortable.

Which proctor should I choose? I was thinking about asking 'Lizard', but he seems a bit anal about test and their importants.

Does anyone have any good recommendations?
