Yeah, it's the same for so many of us. Family obligations, travel and demands at the office cut into exercise time. Meanwhile, parties and feasts offer dining delights not found the rest of the year.

I'm up 8 pounds. From 172 to an even 180.

I feel like I could be a balloon in the Macy's parade. urgh.

I find myself looking forward to February, my traditional Month of Dieting.

:twinkies: ? no thanks.

I can't really get back on the horse until the leftovers are gone. I'm trying to decide if I should just go nuts and gorge the next day or two, or spread them out over a week.

A lot of it is the salt in the food causing you to hold on to more fluids. Go back to your regular eating habits and it will fall off in a week or so.

I'm going to try tapeworms in January. Anybody have any cattle tanks that haven't frozen over from which I might enjoy a couple tumblers full of their brackish delights?

Beats the crap (pardon the pun) out of that pill that makes you greasy poop your brains out.
