It's kinda fun to try to type in Pidgin...and rather difficult.
Love the islands, love the culture, respect the way they want their stuff speeled.
Perhaps I shall endeavour to more properly correspond using the established Queen's own?

Hawai'i reflects the pronunciation better. It's Hawaii in official documents.

This seems similar to those danged ol' Alaskans trying to get the world to call Mount McKinley "Denali" instead.;)

Since none of you cheechakos can seem to pronounce it correctly, I don't care whether you call it Mt. McKinley, Denawli (as most of you seem to), or Denali. :D

either way you say it,
its still one of the coolest places I have visited in my lifetime (probably a 'top 3' for sure)
It is so choice. If you have the means, I highly recommend going there. :pop:

I'd like to go back, but this time spend at the very least, 4 or 5 days instead of the 'token' one day bus tourist dealio.
not many places i have been to can rank a return trip like that.
