NCAA needs to make some changes

No team should have a losing record after their bowl game, this means to be bowl eligible you would need 7 wins vs. 1-AA or better competition and 6 or more must be against D1 teams. A example is UCLA will be 6-7 if the get beat by the Storm'n Mormon's, there is better teams sitting at home. No .500 team deserves to be bowling !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What if you are beaten by OU, Texas, KU and Missouri, all upper tier 2007 teams, plus anther pretty good teams, while other teams in lesser conferences play a Mountain West, WAC schedule or C-USA schedule? Not all 6-6 records are alike, just like all 8-8 basketball conference records are not alike since in the ACC 4 of those losses may be to UNC and Duke in a single season. If Boise State had not beaten us last year they would not have been as respected as they were due to their relatively week conference. Of course, Boise State would have probably lost three games in the Big XII if it were playing in the conference last year, going to a lesser bowl due to the weekly pounding they would have taken in a Big XII, Big Ten, SEC or PAC.
