I remember the show, but didn't really watch it. I do remember watching Claude Akins in Movin' On - a trucker show.

Yep, I remember that too. Must've been during the short-lived CB/trucker time period in the US....Smokey and the Bandit, CB's, BJ and the Bear, Convoy, etc.
