I remember about 11 years or so ago some dude took a swan dive off of one of those huge antennas near Phoenix. The AZ Republic had a picture of the guy falling just has he jumped off. Talk about creepy.

The incident near I-10 and Guadalupe Road in Phoenix began when a homeowner found a man on his roof trying to start a fire, using his shirt.


In his defense, alot of those houses look like chimineas out there.

I like how the cops are saying the guy "might" have been under the influence of drugs. One can only hope.

Our first apartment was at 44th and Baseline just down the road from there. I wish someone would have told us that there were few places in Phoenix that could have been any worse.:mad:

I thought Guadalupe was kinda like a county island or something. Are they under Phx police?

I'm not sure if they have their own police or not. It's like a 2 square mile town so who knows. I've successfully avoided driving through there for a couple of years now.
