These men are installing and setting solid steel pillars in concrete to stop vehicles from parking on the pavement outside a sports bar in downtown Norman, OK.
They are cleaning up at the end of the day.

How long do you think it will be before they realize
where their vehicle is parked?
Folks in Norman are smarter than this....right???

One of them may be removable.
There are some on the campus at UTSA that can come out for similar reasons.

Not Norman.
We have curbs.
Also, according to the signs, there is more **** to the left than to the right...definitely Europe or Scandanivvie.

How did you get ahold of Pat's ruler???

If we tell him he's been measuring it in cm instead of inches it'll probably kill him.

Definately looks like Aggie engineering there. No matter where that pic was taken it looks like two OSU grads doing the work.

Heh. Looks like London to me.
The pole on the far right looks like it's been photoshopped in. You can see that all of the other poles are obviously held in by a square of differently set concrete, while the base of the right one looks like it's been blurred.
also the perspective on it looks a bit different.
