Chow is no dummy. He jumped off that SUC bandwagon right as Leinart/Bush/White hit the road. Would be a good hire for them if they can grab him.

They could definitely contend for the CUSA title year in and year out. Great facility, great recruiting base.

There is a very good reason why SMU can't be equal to or better than TCU, 2 reasons actually:

1. The administration looks at football on about the same level as intramural sports, no commitment in terms of facilities, assistant salaries, etc.
