That's geat news. Congrats to AD for an awesome, record breaking rookie season. I knew he'd make the pro bowl early this season...but I didn't really think they'd name him the starter. That rocks!

This is great news! He truly is the freak we all knew he was!

Now let's just hope he rushes for 250 yards or so in the pro bowl. This former fane of the NFL may just watch the pro bowl this year. Any other former Sooners make it?

Roy Williams isn't on the list, but he supposedly will be there too. They put Sean Taylor in as a starter, posthumously.
