Baby Cat was really ****ed off today and I think I know why.

She is a he and he has been wronged, something terrible.

Everyone was saying that the little kitten was a female. I didn’t look too closely. I can easily tell the difference with dogs and pigs and cattle and people. Admittedly, I don’t know about cats, some birds, some fish, iguanas, etc. Anyway, cats stayed in the barns and were pretty wild when I was learning about that stuff as a kid on the farm.

I was rubbing Baby Cat’s stomach last night and I noticed Mr. Pinky showing. That was not what I was expecting. Then, I noticed two tiny fur balls.

So, I’m wondering if gender confusion is something common in the cat world. I waited until the cat was about 3 months old to get her, I mean him, fixed (or not fixed as the case may be). The vet did the surgery from the side to remove the baby making stuff and there was something going on from the other angle too. The vet who did the surgery didn’t know? He didn’t see Mr. Pinky when he was probing around back there? What sort of aggie school did I take Baby Cat to to get the free “fixin”?

Anyway, so Baby Tom Cat is ****ed off and I am now.

We had a cat that had the same condition. He was the craziest cat ever, and I think the confusion had something to do with it.

Don't you all over there make some kind of a cat ball soup when that happens?

Are you saying that your vet sprayed a male cat?

Apparently so. Unless my cat is a Thai shemale.

I dont get it????

Did the vet not realize that the cat didnt have female parts to remove when the surgery was being done???

Which leaves the question, What was removed???

That's exactly why I'm angry. The cat had to do the surgery, go back five consecutive days to the vets office to check on the stitches and a week to wear the cone over his/her head.

I don't even know what to call it. I'm not calling it Baby Cat any more.

A few years ago I had a kitten that was really sick with a urinary tract infection, and when I took it to my veteran (30 plus years) vet, he said it was the second time he'd seen a hermaphroditic cat. All the parts didn't develop completely an he/she had to be put down.

Sometimes a ***** just ain't a *****. Sometimes a *****cat just ain't a *****cat.
