I'm a bit glad to escape the election madness next weekend in Thailand. Typically, they ban alcohol sales nationwide during an election weekend. It already started this weekend and for the first time ever they banned alchohol sales for the absentee balloting as well.

Anyway, it's a Thai hillbilly thing and my office colleague brought it back for me from Chiang Mai.

It is not the pork rinds. It is the green chilis that is all kinds of wonderful.
